- Only members with
boat registration may vote at General Meetings

- Any member wishing to
register a boat must hold a current SBDA certificate or equivalent RYA
qualification. Proof of which must accompany any application for
membership along with membership fees.

- Any member wishing to
register a PWC, (Personal Water Craft), must hold a current RYA
certificate of competence or Sailcraft qualification. Proof of which must
accompany any application for membership along with membership fees.

- Insurance cover notes
must accompany all membership applications and renewals. All boats must be
insured for a minimum of One Million Pounds (£1,000,000) third party
liability. All new members must be proposed and seconded by existing boat
members. All cheques must be made payable to "Hunstanton Ski Club Limited"

- Upon acceptance of
membership you will be required to sign to undertake to contribute to the
assets of the company in the event of the same being wound up while you
are a member, for the payment of debts and liabilities of the company
contracted before you ceased to be a member and of the costs charges and
expenses of winding up and for the adjustment of the rights of the
contributories among themselves such amount as may be required not
exceeding 25p (twenty five pence).

- You must agree to
abide by the Rules of the Club, which are available on request. You will
accept that liability cannot be accepted by the Club for your craft or
it’s occupants at anytime, including whilst in the process of being
launched or retrieved.

- British Waterski
membership is mandatory for any member who will, or is likely to,
participate in any form of skiing.
|
- The Club Committee
reserves the right to revoke any membership application within 14 days.
